This did not work for my German Shepherd. It would not stay on even when tightened. I needed it to stop her from shaking her head due to ear trauma. I am sorry I had to return it. Maybe works well on a different breed in different situations than mine. Otherwise it seemed like a comfy wrap if your dog is not shaking their head.

This is honestly well made and very so. I like the idea of the buttons to hook the loops on so it doesn’t come loose with ease. But my dog is terrified of it. He’s not too eager to let it anywhere near him. Which he’s okay with collars, harnesses and even clothes. But this freaks him out. It’s hard to know if it will work for stressful moments when the only time I’ve been able to get it on him, he removed it immediately and pouted. I e tried a few times since, but don’t think he’s going to go for it.

Every New Years and 4th our dog looses it with the fireworks, so we needed something that he would tolerate and stop him from shaking like a leaf. So far in testing he will wear it, we just need to see if it helps with the fireworks. At least with it being winter now, he has something to keep him a little warmer on walks.

It’s ok if you only want to use it for a day or two. My Great Dane broke vesselsIn the bottom of his ear spraying blood everywhere. I bought this to stop his ears from flapping hopefully to curtail the blood. It kept sliding over his eyes so he couldn’t see, and after the 3 rd day he got an ear infection as this allows no air in and is pretty heavy.

This is a stretchy, soft, fleece-like material. It is easy to put on and stays snug. It is a tube so the dog’s head has to go through it. One end is able to be tightened.There haven’t been any thunderstorms or fireworks yet so I’m not sure how much it helps my dog with her fears. She tolerates it being on though.

The Nanaki dog calming hoodie arrived fast and was well packaged. Upon opening there was no damage noticed, and the fit was absolutely perfect. I have a 200lb Great Dane and ordered the large. The fit is snug but able for him to wear and be comfortable. While wearing around the house I did notice that he seems to calm down and had no problems or qualms wearing it. He never pawed at the hoodie are tried to take it off, just went and laid down like it wasn't even there. Overall, I am super pleased and wish I would have ordered sooner.
