This was way to small for my dogs head. It is super cute though. It would work perfectly if it fit.

I got the small, and it fits my miniature pinscher very well. It seems good quality, and it's pretty cute. The visor goes down and has good visibility. The helmet fits nicely and doesn't slip around. Making my dog look good is definitely a good value for I.

We got this just for taking silly dog pictures, but it actually fit my dachshund well, and was tolerated (for a while, anyway!) I appreciate the ear cutouts as well as the clear visor being adjustable up or down. It's fairly lightweight, and the interior of the helmet is padded. But that spikey helmet is just so stinking cute. They need to make a green "Marvin the Martian" version of this as well!

Ruby went blind in 24-hours: Sudden Acute Retina Degeneration. Very rare in young, healthy dogs. The dogs & I are big into hiking & climbing. The veterinarian Ophthalmologist told me not to stop normal activities because it would weaken Ruby's confidence but that her eyes had to be protected from injury. I felt overwhelmed on how to protect her eyes from underbrush and her head from hitting trees while I trained her to follow the bells on my hiking boots & to stop on command to avoid running into things. This cool helmet solved everything! She's very smart & learned fast that she's safer wearing it.

Best little dog helmet is so stinking cute. There are big holes for the ears and padding on the inside. It is a hardened outer shell and clips together easily. I'm not sure how much actual protection this helmet will give, but it is so cute. My dog is pretty small so it is not perfectly fitting. I love that there are eye shields also available where you can bring down the visor.

This Namsan Dog Helmet for Small Medium Dogs is great for my puppy. I got this helmet because of all the severe weather we have had lately. This will be on her from now on during tornado warnings. There are holes on each side so her ears can be free. The chin strap is Velcro, so it is easy to adjust for her head size. She is only going to grow a little more so this helmet will be with her for the rest of her life. If I decide to get a bike, I will put this on her and take her with me. The helmet is hard and has goggles – helps with protection from storms and also being in the wind. It’s not a true “hard hat”, but it is better than nothing during a storm. I definitely recommend this dog helmet.

My human ordered the Namsan Motorcycle Dog Helmet for me because, apparently, wearing nothing but my fur and sheer enthusiasm wasn't 'safe enough' for ATV rides. At first, I was skeptical—could a helmet really contain all the awesomeness of Deohgee, the 10-month-old trailblazing dynamo? Turns out, it can. And it does. With style.Let's start with the look: this helmet is ridiculously adorable. I mean, come on—metal spikes? Instant street cred. When I wear it, I look like the lovechild of a biker gang leader and a very dashing canine superhero. I’ve caught my reflection in the ATV mirrors, and let me just say, I could put the most glamorous show dogs to shame. My human has also been caught muttering, 'You're too cool for this trail,' under his breath. Compliments accepted. But the Namsan helmet isn’t just a fashion statement—it’s also amazingly functional. The fit? Absolute perfection. It’s snug without squeezing my delicate neck floof, thanks to the high-quality chin strap that feels like it was tailored just for me. No choking, no slipping, just secure comfort even when we're bumping along the twistiest of trails. The helmet material is so premium that my human says it rivals his own helmet, and he doesn't skimp on gear. (I overheard him bragging about it to his buddies—'Deohgee's got the real deal, not some cheap toy helmet.')The clear lens visor deserves its own howl of appreciation. It goes up or down depending on my needs. When it's down, it blocks out dust, rogue bugs, and the occasional low-hanging twig (looking at you, trees), but when it’s up, I can feel the full force of the wind in my whiskers—pure exhilaration. If this helmet came with a cape, I’d be ready to save the world. Now, the metal spikes? Oh, let’s talk about those. They’re not just for show—they’re a statement. They scream, 'Watch out! Deohgee is on the move, and he means business.' I’ve noticed people double-take as we zoom past. I bet they’re wondering where they can get a helmet as cool as mine (spoiler: they can't, because I’ve already set the bar impossibly high). In conclusion, the Namsan Motorcycle Dog Helmet has transformed me into a trail-riding icon. I feel safe, I look fantastic, and I’m pretty sure I’ve single-pawedly started a canine biker trend. Whether you’re an ATV adventurer, a motorcycle co-pilot, or just a four-legged friend who wants to ride in style, this helmet is your ticket to greatness. Two paws WAY up!"

This little helmet is beautifully made, and the style is just adorable. It reminds me of when Snoopy flew a plane in the cartoon! The quality of the helmet itself is great, the inner portion is completely coated in Phone. The chinstrap is extremely well-made and sturdy. The clear visor flips up and down to protect the eyes.I gave this for star’s because the fit is really tricky on this. Obviously, it is made of a hard plastic and does not have any give or flexibility other than adjusting the chin strap. When I put my dogs ears through the air holes, it’s sat too far forwards. As well, no matter how I positioned it on his head, I didn’t feel that the clear visor to protect the eyes was well positioned and safe to not hit his eyes. I’m not sure how you can predict how well this is going to fit the dog, because every dogs ears are placed slightly differently on their head and that is going to determine where this sits.Despite the fact that the fit is a little tricky, this is an adorable helmet, and he is able to wear it without his ears through it, so I can position it on his head correctly. My dog is about 15 pounds and the size small is the right size for the top of his head. We will be using it as a novelty hat, not as a safety helmet, and it is perfect for that use.

I see people taking theier dogs on their motorcycles on social media, and usually the dog is wearming a helmet or goggles. While training a dog to ride in a side car or on the bike itself is time-consuming, the looks you get from others is worth the effort. Goggles help keep the wind out of a dogs' eyes, but a face shield on a helmet can work just as well. Fitting the helmet to the dogs' head requires a properly-sized helmet and patience to fit it to the dog, which may sound easy but talking to those who ride with their dogs, this is the biggest issue. You could argue that a helmet won't provide protection for a dog the way an approved helmet does the human, but it does offer some protection. This helmet is sized for smaller dogs. Our mini poodle seemed to be a good size for the helmet, and in general it works with the visor in place, but it's not a perfect fit and required some additional pads to be attached to keep itfrom moving around on the dogs' head. It took a while for the dog to get used to the helmet, too, as expected. It took a few hours for the dog to get used to the helmet before we got on the bike, but he adjusted quite easily. The adjustment the bike is another story, but a good harness helps. Does the dog enjoy motorcycle rides? I like to think so. Take the time to make the helmet fit well and it will help keep the dog more comfortable.

Our 6 year old pug went blind over a weekend this winter, it also got S.A.R.D like the other pug in the reviews. We are very active and live in northern Canada, spending most of our time in the woods. We needed something to protect our dogs eyes and tried many different glasses and goggles but with having a pug most don’t fit well on her flat face or just won’t stay on. After reading the review from the other blind pug we decided to give this a try and its great fits her perfectly. Her head and eyes are protected from branches and her bumping into everything. It’s stays on even when she tries to shake it off. Definitely recommend for anyone with a flat face breed. Excited to get out in the hiking trails this summer with her.

This is the cutest!!!! I cannot get over how adorable it looks and surprised how well it fit my pug! At first it seemed a little tight, but the helmet is not a “hard” helmet like you would think. So before I put it on my pug, I just tried to pull it apart (the ear sides) a little bit to kind of expand it more to make sure it fits and isn’t too tight… I didn’t realize the eye glass piece (it’s hard plastic) can adjust to go down on the dogs eyes or you can put the eye visor part ontop of the helmet… Quality seems and feels really good. The helmet is really durable. I think it’s good value for your money and functional. The only thing I wished it did come with, was padding underneath the chin strap. I feel like that would make it more comfortable for the dog. It did slip just a bit but I think I just need to learn how to put it on better once my dog gets used to it a little more.

I got a four wheeler for Christmas this year, and my little dude goes everywhere with me as most little ones tend to do, well strapping him in his front carrier backpack to my chest he gets a lot of wind on his face, while he loves to ride with me, he isn’t fond of the wind in his face, this helmet allows him to hunker down into my coat while keeping his eyes watching. The only down side is how long the strap is on my little dude once it’s strapped on. I got a small, but maybe he needs an XS since he is 5.5#.

I love everything about this helmet. What's going to be most difficult to determine is sizing. It's too large for my 5 pound Pomeranian and too small for my 30 pound bernedoodle.I placed average fruits on the inside to give you a sense of sizing. Ideal skull between a Pink Lady apple and pomegranate.Luckily, there is a Velcro strap that will keep the helmet on for comedy which is the reason for my purchase. I just love it.
