The screws to tighten the wires are located on the back. That means that you have to juggle the unit with wires dangling while you try to screw the unit to your wall/board/whatever. Also, you have to unmount the unit for any wiring changes. An extra pair of hands would be good - wire mounting from the front would have been much better. Also, the included instructions are incomplete regarding selecting battery type(missing essential steps). Although the advertisement on Amazon was helpful. Set it up tonight. Tomorrow will be sunny and I will update. Oh, BTW, it only has Bluetooth compatibility if you purchase extra equipment. Finally got it setup on a sunny day and it works great. Twice as much charge as my previous "60 amp major brand" controller. And it stops charging when my LIFEPO4 batteries are full. This is important if a battery BMS fails. I couldn't be happier to recommend this unit. As my installation grows I definitely will buy a larger unit from this seller.

I picked this up for a small solar system I'm running on the RV. It's currently a 375W panel, and I'll be adding one more panel soon. The two panels can be run in series with this controller, without any issues (85V total with 100V max for the controller). It performs exactly as I expected. The display is a little small and dim. Pressing the button by the display brightens the LCD panel making it easier to read. 10 gauge wire easily fit and the clamp system worked fine to keep the wires secure. Love the aluminum housing, it feels pretty stout and I can see the way it's designed that the housing acts as a heat sink. Mounting hardware is supplied. I'll probably eventually pick up the bluetooth module, but I'm perfectly happy at the moment without it. I'm currently running lead acid deep cycle batteries and have LiFePO4's on the way. This controller is fine for either.
