Best bang for your buck ratcheting flex head wrenches. Great feel in your hand, very long, and easy to use.

I knew I needed a set of these after seeing them in tool truck, but I wasn't willing to pay the tool truck price. I also considered going with Icon or napa Carlisle brand for ease of warranty replacement, but these were the cheapest option I could find at $60 less than harbor freight. They seem very well made, and I don't plan to abuse them so hopefully they'll last. Mostly bought them after replacing belt tensioner on Hyundai sonata with 2.4.. I had to remove motor mount and raise the engine, but if I had these wrenches at the time that wouldn't have been necessary. I also bought some 0 degree offset non ratcheting wrenches at the same time, and I plan to use those for breaking stuff loose.

I got these for home use as I work on my cars pretty darn frequently (used them to help replace the front strut assemblies, control arms, and ball joints on an old Toyota). I got them because Rainman Ray suggests them on his YouTube channel. He's a professional mechanic and uses them frequently in his shop, so I lnew they were good.Anyway, I didn't use the 14mm until over a month after purchase where I noticed the black ratcheting ring mustn't have been installed correctly as it came apart in it's first use.Amazon was useless because it was past one month. After very carefully selecting the right options the Amazon bot put me into a chat with the manufacturer. I told them the issue and wasn't sure if the matter was being resolved until I got my replacement ratchet in the mail today no questions asked.Overall, absolutely worth the buy. The steel holds up and doesn't bend. I imagine the issue with my 14mm was a one-off. As I said they sent me the replacement. I put them under some pretty darn high torque thus far with no issues at all!

I own the Snap-On set and can confirm Mountain‘s build quality, made in Taiwan.Rachet ring spanners are not designed for cracking the fastened bolts and nuts, make sure you don't push too hard on them. I have my Snap-On set damaged from pushing them too far and, I am still waiting for the replacement as of this review. The extended ring socket design is particularly useful. It saved my time on a drive belt job with a 2010 Peugeot 4007, whereas my special skinny drive belt tool couldn’t even get into the narrow gap. 👍👍👍

Th pin on the 17mm wrench is loose as shown. It freely moves like this on both sides and this was out of the box. Also they are heavily scratched and look 2nd hand. The head of the 8mm was put on backwards as well.

A must-have wrench set for mechanic. Those wrenches are perfect for tight spot such as tensioner or adjust rear toes or cambers. Love it

I've used these swiveling ratchet wrench a few times now, and they do come in handy. I like the length. The racheting mechanism is a little stiff, so once one breaks the nut / bolt free, you might have to help it along. I had to put my other hand on the top part of the bolt to keep the mechanism from just rotating the bolt back and forth. And the little button / switch to make the wrench switch the operation from loosen to tighten wasn't very sure fire. I had to press that switch rather firmly to get the ratchet out of the free wheeling mode that it ended up in when I first tried to change it from loosen to tighten. I have these soaking in a light oil now to see if that helps. I'm starting with 4 stars here and we'll see how these work out. Not bad for the money at this point.

It is amazing. Really nice and very convenient. I should have used earlier. Especially, it is very useful to take the belt off.
