As previous comments stated, the right side fits perfect, left side.... holes don't line up completely. Needed a second person to push it down and hold it in place to be able to get it on

It protects the bike for 0-20 mph falls for sure but pretty hard to install.

no instructions.... right side was easy to get on, however the left side was quite the hassle. it seemed like the cage was slightly bent or something. none of the holes lined up correctly and i have to use a crow bar to get them to line up.. after a lot of struggling and cursing at the thing, i finally got it to line up.

I took a chance buying these even though the listing doesn’t specify if it’s for my year or not and to my surprise and excitement they fit my 2019 R3 ABS model. Can confirm the other reviews saying there is no directions but once you get your fairings off it’s super easy too see where it’s supposed to go. I’m a new rider and tried these because the only other pair which I think is on revzilla is $500 so these were extremely cost friendly and now I can continue to practice on my bike with a little more confidence 👍🏻

I was looking for crash bars that didn't cost a fortune and found these. Very happy I got them. The install was pretty self explanatory. Good thing because there's no instructions. I painted mine before installing. They are extremely sturdy. Good purchase. Very happy.

The crash bars do not come with instructions. You’ll have to remove most of the fairings on both sides to access the frame mount points, but once you do it is pretty obvious where the bars attach. There bars come with two bar brackets and two stand-off mount brackets. The bar brackets are left and right side specific, just pay attention. When you install the crash bars it helps to loosely attach the bolts for the bottom, then line up the other two attachment points. (We used a torque wrench at ~35 ft/lb to tighten the bolts to the frame, we couldn’t find a definitive answer of torque specs.) Dry fit the crash bars to the bike and tighten the frame bolt for the stand off mount (this helps ensure the angle is right), then remove the crash bar, reinstall the front fairing over the stand off mount, fully install the crash bar, tighten all bolts and install the remaining fairing panel. Highly recommend, the look and fit great!

The product is well made and fits well. It doesn't come with any instructions for installation but you can just pull up the video on the Amazon product page and figure it out from there. It wasn't what I would call an easy install but I was able to figure it out with minimal frustration and trial and error.

Fits the 2024 Yamaha r3 no problems! Just get ready for a long ride. It took me about an hour just to get everything to line up and together. I was able to comfortably reuse some of the stock bolts. No complaints so far. ( I HAVE NOT TESTED IT YET ) but it is very sturdy and it is One with the bike now.
