2015 and up Polaris RZR 900 & 900-S Primary Clutch & Puller tool(Pretuned With Weights & Spring !) 900xp
- Mother Clutcher aftermarket clutch made as an OE style Polaris primary (aka drive) clutch specific to ALL 2015+ RZR 900 models + RZR 900-S , 900-4 and 900-Trail.
- This is the non-EBS primary that came on many years of RZR 900-S. Most of the slow down you feel when let off the gas between 5-20 mph on your RZR 900 comes from the secondary helix. If you have a good primary clutch already and your goal is to cut back on EBS then we recommend trying this reduced EBS secondary clutch first.
- This clutch does get rid of the rough/jerky take-off problems the original clutches had! It also stopped my 900 from making some of the clicking/popping sounds on deceleration and coasting!
- This clutch is made and pre-tuned just for RZR 900, unlike other aftermarket ones. This comes correct for ready to bolt on and ride with weights and spring already in it!

i think i have 500 or more miles on it so far so good, smoother than factory starts aka no jerky OR clicking ect starts. even if just squeezing the pedal slowly and it just starts going slowly .SMOOTH . even riding for 40 minutes straight with rzr 900 s , at full gvw, gear , trust me i weigh my stuff., a small front bumper is 20 lbs , rock /tree sliders / nerf bars left n right side = 20 lbs , lots of led lights , interior exterior, various spot , offroad ect lights and underglow and cab mood lights ect ect, it all adds weight , according to scales i drove it on at local feed mill , pretty much running at full gvw with full full gas tank, every tool needed , sometimes can be an hour away ride from truck n trailor or cabin , screw jack, me n wife aka trail riding weight, even after riding 50 minutes straight you can punch it that belt is hooked n squeezed and will cut the rear end loose. i dont have a temp gauge on belt but at full gvw for 50 minutes straight use at 25-45mph up n down, it is warm im sure and still gripping , also running a HUNTERWORKS BELT ... this combination is GOLD

The clutch on or 2015 900 RZR totally failed while on vacation. No one in the area had parts to fix it and if they did, it would have been $100 more just for the bearings and weights, ect than this new clutch. Ordered it and it arrive 3 days later (would have been just 2 day if we would have had it delivered to our home near Seattle)Installed this and we were off to rides again for the remainder of our vacation. The sxs hasn't preformed this well since we bought it 2 years ago. I doubt you can find a better OE type clutch for anything close to this price.

The products work excellently. The problem I encountered is the old bolt broke while tightening it to the 80 lb tork. After talking to the polaris dealer I found this to be common occurrence. I would have been happy to pay a little more when I purchased the product if it included a new bolt or at least an info sheet stating you should purchase a new bolt so someone should not have to go through the two days of labor getting the old parts out.

Took old clutch out with removal tool, installed new clutch and was a perfect it only been able test ride around the house seems to engage smooth and works how it should, no more stalling when I come to stop, real test will be in a few weeks when we go to H&M trails

Don’t let the price fool you this is a quality clutch for half the price of oem. Bought this clutch to replace a worn out original of course I was skeptical being it was so cheap but was on a budget so I got this clutch. Put 100 miles on the clutch and it was very smooth and performed perfectly. Now that’s only 100 miles so time will tell how well it holds up but I think for the money you can’t go wrong!!!
