Good product... You need to get some hands-on experience to use this perfectly.

Bought this to replace tape cartridge in the handle D___ brand that jammed up after not much use due to small cut pieces of tape inside mechanism, then once apart was fighting going back together, lost small screws so I decided this looks like something much simpler design that should be more workable and it is, no problem with complex mechanism, simpler and more durable, very happy with this little label maker, even has a loop at front for string and that tells me it is designed for regular use.

Purchased version with 2 wheels. (Upper and Lowercase).Works well although it feels so small when handling.I like that the letters are more closely spaced than when using Dymo Organizer Xpress.Fingers crossed. I got these as they look like the won't have the same issue as Dymo with cut pieces of labels getting stuck and cutter issues etc since I have had to replace Dymo units and disassembled to fix units as well.Be sure to read instructions.Gently press for SPACE.Use I character for one. Use O or special character for zero.

I was initially a bit reticent to buy this embossing label maker due to some poor reviews. However, while it certainly feels a bit flimsy, it is very easy to use - ie. easy to change the tapes, change the wheels, and to use as intended (a quick youtube video helped) - and I like it a lot as it comes with interesting tape colours that I was unable to source for my Dymo embossing label maker.

This label maker is simple. Too simple to be useful. I am unable to produce a label without all the characters bunching up on top of one another. The product is a piece of junk created at the most elementary level of thought. Ordinary I wouldn’t waste my time, but because this is the lowest level of junk I ever received through Amazon, I’m returning it just because.

It doesn't do a very good job embossing the tape. It makes readable labels, but the tape is very prone to discoloring from light flexing and the machine doesn't evenly emboss every time. Looks sloppy, not like the old Dynamo my mom had back when these things were normal, sold in regular stores too.I expect better from a Korean product.

I like this little labeler, as someone who doesn't *need* to make tons of labels for any serious purpose. It's easy to use and does a fine job as long as you're a little careful when using it. I like the two wheels for upper and lower case, and changing them is easy. You can swap the wheels in the middle of a label, too, which is a nice feature. It is very much a light-duty tool. If you squeeze the handle as hard as you can, the tool tends to flex and the letters may be a little blown-out looking from the extra force stretching the plastic around them. I mostly use this for decorative labels so I'm not in a hurry. You just have to pay a little attention and only squeeze the handle until it stops, and not just clamp all the way down on it. Then it prints nice clear labels. If I wanted a "serious" label maker for office or workshop use, I don't think this is the one, however. You'd want something you can just load and go without having to be careful about how hard you press the handle.

I love this label maker. I have a digital one for boring files, but I wanted one that made 3D embossed labels, and this was the perfect solution. There are several colors of tape you can get (DYMO 3D embossing tape refills) and the device is so easy to use. It comes with two wheels with all the letters and numbers, plus a variety of punctuation and symbols (note: no exclamation or question marks). A couples of the letters are slightly off center and lead to some slightly off spacing (like the "i") but it's expected and barely noticeable. My only advice is to avoid the urge to press the lever as hard as possible because that can lead to extra marks apart from the intended letter/symbol, you only need to press enough to make the impression; experimentation is the easiest way to figure out the amount of pressure needed for the best impression, and I promise you'll figure it out very quickly. I absolutely recommend this product.
