The torch doesn't even light! Hypothetically speaking, the item only has 2 jobs; making a standard soft flame (lighter), and making a jet flame (torch). THAT IS THE WHOLE APPEAL IT THIS PARTICULAR PRODUCT AND WHAT SEPARATES IT FROM OTHER OPTIONS! When HALF of it's purpose Is defective, it's pointless not to just return it and buy a lighter and a torch separately, which I can do for as much as this item cost!

Needs more flint because it does not work half of the time, and when it does it’s perfect, but the problem is getting it to lite.

Worst lighter ever. DO NOT BUY! The 1st one I bought didn't work. The replacement they sent doesn't work. Worst purchase of my life

*Oh, great, another gadget trying to be a Swiss Army knife and failing miserably. Sure, it's nifty that it transforms into a mini gun – because what every smoker needs is to feel like James Bond while lighting up. But wait, there's more! You get to play with a wheel to release the gas like it's a slot machine in a cheap casino. And guess what? The real gamble here is whether you'll end up gassing your pocket or not. So, three stars for the effort, but minus points for the potential bomb-in-pocket scenario. Cheers to keeping it as a quirky gift, though.

This lighter, not torch, is cheaply made, and doesn’t work. I tried all their little tricks and it still doesn’t work. Also, they sent me the wrong color. When I spoke to customer service they told me that they have to receive the item back before issuing a refund that will take 14 to 30 days after receiving it to get a refund. Obviously not helpful when Christmas is before that. Thanks Amazon and “torch” people, you clearly aren’t helpful and your product is crap!
