Thought this would be amazing… but unfortunately my dogs just ran straight through it all and destroyed it within 2 days. Waste of money for me 😭

I've got 4 tough girls who like to climb over fence and knock them down if and when they can. Also great for a reminder for the bigger and older dogs

Received and set up the same night and the collars never even worked. Only reason we didn’t return was because my husband didn’t want to hassle with taking the wire back off our fencing. Worth more trouble than anything. TERRIBLE purchase. Don’t waste your money or time in this product!!

Five stars for price, but you need some modifications.1) Buy different wire to bury. The wire included is like dental floss. I'll use it for small soldering projects.2) The battery doors should be taped shut to keep them in place. Our 2 dogs can play rough with each other.3) The collars fail after a few weeks due to dust infiltration. The collars are not water proof, or even dust proof, so the PCB should be conformal coated (sprayed with a protective film). The collar will have a continuous soft chirp when this happens. To rectify this, I opened the case with the 2 screws under the collar band, clean the back of the circuit board with a dry toothbrush, then give it a moderate coat of spray paint (on the back of the main board). Allow the board to dry completely, then reassemble. With these modifications, the system has worked well for my 2 large dogs. They have been trained earlier with remote collars, so they responded well to the new system.

The collars began making a clicking sound even when the dogs were no where near the fence which scared our dogs , we changed batteries but the issue continued. I wasted a lot of time installing this fence. I am hoping to find better made collars otherwise this was a total waste of money

I wanted this product to work because it was so much cheaper than all the other pet containment systems out there. The other reviews didn't seem to give much information so I gave it a shot. This is my second pet containment system (first I spent $150).ProsPrice, only one transmitter to wire in (unlike petsafe where you have to set up two different units), beeps if there's a wire breakage.ConsThe wire is extremely thin and fragile, wind might even break it. The receiver on the collar is a very lightweight plastic and fragile. There is no fastener on the battery cover so my dog actually managed to pop the cover off within the first hour and we lost the battery. Also, the spring in the battery is fragile and easily bent, dislodging the connection. So to fix these issues I bought thicker wire, duct taped the battery cover, and reinforced the battery spring with electrical wire. All was well for two days. Collar stopped working so I replaced the battery. Still not working. I used the second collar and it only lasted a day.All in the garbage now.
