What Does a Timing Belt Do
The timing belt keeps the camshaft and crankshaft turning at the correct rate.The crankshaft moves pistons up for compression and exhaust cycles, while the pistons move down for power and intake cycles. Depending on the vehicle make, a timing belt will also run the water pump, oil pump and injection pump.

For starters all the parts were NOT in the box and I wasn't able to return it and get it replaced due to it being 28 days since I bought it and I was given 2 days to get it to a UPS store, which is NOWHERE close to where I live ! So I'm just a little upset about that!!!

Ok belt and pump quality, use extra ultra gray on and around water pump base gasket to avoid any leaks. Gasket material is questionable. Too soft to seat right around mounting holes.
