I love this pan - it's like a sheet pan, but sturdier and with handles. Perfect for roasting a spatchcocked turkey or a large chicken. As a plus, it is very easy to clean - just needs a bit of soap & hot water. No wonder it sold out quickly.

I love to roast chicken but have never found a pan that cooks so thoroughly. The Misen roasting pan did an incredible job and and cooked so evenly without drying it out. It was also SO easy to clean which is hard when roasting a chicken. We are super happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend this product to friends!

I am Replacing all my spinner pots and pans because I’ve gone to an induction range. Things must sit flat or they won’t heat and will just buzz. I bought this for use in the oven and over two burners as a griddle. It has not disappointed. No warping, yet.It’s hefty and just the right size to straddle two cooking spots. It looks and feels great.

I have been looking for the perfect roasting pan and this is the one! I love how solid and versatile this pan is. It’s amazing that it can be used in the oven, as well as on top. It’s great for roasting veggies, as well as meats. The handles make it very easy to move this high quality pan around. It’s super easy to clean as well.

I recently found out about Misen products and decided to try their roasting pan. I made a delicious roast chicken and didn’t have to worry about the drippings getting in my oven. Easy to clean and very high quality product!

Used it already so can’t return. But this pan is useless. It’s base is etched, so everything sticks. Stupid idea. It’s a beautiful looking pan and seems well made, but if you don’t want everything to stick and burn on your pan, don’t get this. Also seems a bit high in the middle, so all oil runs to edges, leaving middle with no oil.
