I love that I don’t have to shock, but it’s there for those that do. I got busy doing something outside and my dog has followed kids down the road, I just beep every 10 seconds until he gets in the yard. This product has made possible for my dog to run outside without a fence.

Tried collar a couple times on my dog without success. Am returning it today. In the right situation it would be fine, but didn't work for my dog and I. Instructions are not detailed enough.

I really like this but it also kind of sucks. It's great for calling them back as a training aid but when using it in the fence mode, I found that it's really inconsistent. I noticed issues with it so I started walking the boundaries myself with the collar and it was no good. The 'fence' isn't the same distance around the remote. The most frustrating part is that when the dog crosses the boundary, it beeps at her like it's supposed to but then continues to beep and vibrate even after she returns to the boundary, which scares her and then she starts to run off because she doesn't know where to go. It also continues to vibrate even though I turned off the vibration warning and it stresses her out. Our dog responds just to the beeps. We have never used the shock. I don't see anything in the manual or online to address these issues. I'm disappointed and planning to return it.

It's has been 2 days and my dog has not escaped the yard. I set the shock to zero and the vibration to 1. My dog reacts to the beeps and comes back to the door.

This product is exactly what I ordered and arrived right on time. The first time you use it, a little tricky because it’s a good bit to setting it up. My dog adjusted to it pretty quickly, we are still learning at this time but so far so good!

Works excellent. Love how I can call all three dogs at once or separately. Can set each dog's intensity differently from each other as well.My one dog was terrified of it at first, but quickly learned that it wasn't anything to be scared of. She now comes running if she hears the beep.Haven't had to use the shock feature yet, but tried it on my fingers on the lowest setting. Felt like a mild shock from an outlet.
