I bought this for my husband and he has been using it for a year or so. It's his favorite insulated mug, and he is constantly using it. It keeps drinks hot/cold just like when we first bought it. The lid is a great plus because it helps avoid spills. We have a two-story house and we can run up and down the stairs with these and not have to worry about spillage! I would recommend this mug to anyone, we have three now.

This mug is pricey, but it does work extremely well. It keeps your coffee or other hot beverage very hot for a long time and is surprisingly lightweight and not at all bulky. It’s also reasonably stylish, but most important to me is that it works.

I HAVE LOVED THIS MUG! It keeps coffee hot and is very pleasant to drink from. It has ruined me for all my pottery mugs. BUT paint peeling from the lip of the cup does not make me want to keep using it. I would love to buy an unpainted one but so far they have not offered one. Sorry MIIR - I need to look elsewhere for a replacement.

No one likes cold coffee when trying to wake up... Only thing I didn't like is the lid is a new style... I prefer the old cup lid.. only reason I gave 4 stars... I don't like change😁

High quality stainless steel coffee mug. The lid mechanism is well designed as well. Finally found one that fits in my car cup holder.

I adore this mug! I don’t have to microwave it every 15 minutes. It’s lightweight and holds as much as a regular sized coffee mug. Bummer that you can’t microwave it or put it in the dishwasher, but I still love it. EDIT: the sliding portion of the lid is very hard to clean. Despite following the directions, it just won’t come clean underneath.
