I’ve had this installed just for a very short period of time and now I have postnasal drip. Could be something simple, but I gotta take it down and see what’s going on.

I needed to get into a tight spot to add this hose bib as I didn’t have much area to work in. The sizing was perfect as going to the big box stores. They typically will only have the 10 inch and up this 4 inch piece worked excellent!

Looks good but too long for my application. If you need 5.5 inches this one is for you.Minus 2 stars for not knowing your products size.

I had my spigot busted in winter due to the hose connected. I live in a newly built house in Texas and the builder knew it was my fault so not covering anything. I contacted the plumber to get it fixed and I was quoted around $3k to open the drywall and rebuild the bricks to have it replaced sounded too much then I watch some youtube videos and gave it a try my self. I just removed the calk and unscrew the busted one out put some teflon tape on threads and put a new one in but since I am a rookie I over tightened it and caused the new spigot pipe twisted ( Obviously my falut) ordered another one and thankfully Amazon delivered it in 24 hours so with second one I learned my lesson and didn’t overtightened it. so far no leaking and all seems to be good now. I wanted to thank this product and myself to save me a few hundred bucks atleaset. size and everything was exact as described. Thank you!

Great, solid chrome plated brass construction. Works wel. This is the shortest Frost free valve I could find. After installing it I had to shave 1/4” from the inside drywall so it would fit properly.Edit.Less than 1 year later the valve leaked just before the threads, right where the diameter increases. Likely a poor weld. Contacted Everflow. Still waiting on a response.

I ordered midline valve but received an everflow product that has a different part number. It was the size I needed so I was going to use as I needed to pressure wash before a cookout. Before installing a noticed a hairline crack, the crack could be superficial and purely cosmetic but knowing what the result would be if it isn’t just cosmetic, water leaking in my wall, mold and mildew. Isn’t worth trying to use it. Now I’m stuck on a holiday weekend waiting to return it and try and get another one, and having to buy a LONG water hose just to pressure wash before a cookout.

They work well. to ensure they don't freeze remove your hose in the winter time and ensure they are installed slightly down so the water drains out of the body. The length from the mounting flange to the end of the threads is 5-1/2" not what they listed.

this 4" sillcock replaced a 6" one. what are we talking about? ;-) This worked perfectly after 2" inches addedafter I fixed what the plumber screwed up. why don't plumbers do the job right the first time?put the damn shutoff valve in and the female threaded respectable at the end of cold water pipe.So you can replace this thing easily! that being said. THIS PRODUCT IS GREAT!
