I bought an Xbox product and it should have come in an Xbox box instead it came in a plastic bag. This was a birthday gift for a young boy and it looked like I gave him a used remote very disappointing.

Stopped working well and got bad stick drift after only a few weeks of use. I got an 8bitdo controller instead and it works far better on every level.

i have not destroyed this controller but the other one that is halo the right bumper fallen off and i did not brake it. and so far it's wearing out they would need to give some tool's with the controller so Thay can repair it without issues. but all and all it still work's
