What more can you say about a blood pressure cuff other than it works well. This was the perfect replacement of my older one which sprung a leak somewhere. I'd have to do a side by side comparison to what they use at the doctors office or hospital. It seemed accurate enough to make my cardio rehab nurse happy.

elle fuit, j’entend un bruit quand elle est gonflée, donc la confiance de la fiabilité de mesure n’est pas là. vaut mieux racheter une machine complete..

My original blood pressure cuff had a few holes after my cat decided to use it as a scratch post. I got this online, because it was affordable. I didn't want to purchase a cuff that would cost more than my machine. I have a Walgreens brand machine that I purchased a couple of years ago. It works fine, but I have to get used to it because it's slightly bigger. Furthermore, it has a valve that lets air out. So I have to cover the valve with my finger for it give me a reading. It was annoying. I don't know the actual purpose of the valve. I think it's to let air out faster...but still it doesn't make much sense to me. To make my life easier I decided to cover the valve with tape, so the air doesn't escape. It works pretty good so far.

I originally purchased my Microlife BP monitor at Rite Aid yrs ago. The cuff itself quit holding air pressure a few days ago, so I took a chance hoping the new microlife cuff on Amazon would fit as a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised when it was a match. It works great, even better than the original. I'm very pleased with it.

I ordered this BP cuff as I have recently been diagnosed with high BP. My wife already had a Microlife BP monitor but the cuff was too small. The new cuff arrived very quickly but the adaptor did not fit the machine we have. I contacted Microlife and their customer service immediately recognized that I had ordered the wrong cuff and said they would take care of it right away. The replacement cuff arrived within three days and fits our machine perfectly. I feel the 5 star rating is warranted not only for the quality of the product but for the outstanding customer service. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

I had the Microlife blood pressure unit for two years. The unit works fine but the blood pressure cuffs fails. I have replaced the cuff 4 times in the past two year. It seems the value has a short life span. Air escapes when it should not do so. The end result is the unit can not gather enough air to read a blood pressure. The cheapest I have found these cuffs are $15.00 plus shipping and once I had to pay $29.00 and shipping. So over the past 2 years Microlife blood pressure cuffs have cost me about $106.00 extra including shipping. The unit cost me $60.00. The grand total for two years is $166.00 just to take my blood pressure. This cost is not acceptable. I learned to take my blood pressure with a regular blood pressure cuff, it is not difficult to learn and I am told much more accurate. A pretty good regular blood pressure kit can be bought for around $20.00. My niece (a nurse) says these manual cuffs last for many years. Microlife blood pressure cuffs are clearly designed to fail so customers are locked into an unending circle of continued expense.

I bought this cuff to replace an existing cuff that developed a leak. The cuff works but is definitely designed for a large person. The cuff is so wide (6.5") that it really doesn't give me the necessary clearance between the cuff and my elbow.I like the cuff, I just wish I'd bought a smaller width cuff.
