I have a 2001 ford f 350 7.3 power stroke and while I was installing new valve cover gaskets I had broken the alternator plug. Luckily I was able to find a replacement inexpensively and able to put it on and solve the problem.

Connector comes with center hole covered to prevent water intrusion. Other replacements don’t include this and can cause the connector to fail overtime. Clicks in and works like it should.

Direct replacement for 6.0 ford alternator plug in connector. Worked great using crimp connectors and heat shrink.

Spliced in easily, clip fits on the alternator perfectly. Great quality for the price. O'Reillys wanted $50 for the exact same part.

Worked perfect with plenty of lead to cut back past the short. I’d recommend solder butt connectors and not the failure prone “crimp style” when installing. We will see if it fixes my random battery light issue.

I haven’t had the time to solder it on to replace my 18 year old one that cracked even with my most gentle surgical like removal skills and using my pick tools. I did test fit it and it’s a perfect fit for my high output alternator that is using the slightly cracked factory piece at the moment.
