I was hoping to use the thumb screws on my rotisserie. They were to small. The return was without question and completed. Very happy.

I bought this bushing using the “buy it again” option and was disappointed. It doesn’t fit a 5/16 rod. It IS 5/16. Unfortunately they also dang near doubled in price so I’m pretty upset about it. If you’re looking for it to fit onto a 5/16 rod don’t buy. If you’re looking for it to fit a smaller rod you’ll be fine.

Using this, I was able to run a digital thermometer probe through its middle and into my cooking chicken without it getting spaghetti’d by the rotating spit. This meant that I was notified when the chicken was done and had perfectly cooked, juicy rotisserie chicken. A piece like this should come standard with the rotisserie attachment or should be the first thing you buy if you have a digital meat thermometer

The rotisserie ring has worn deep grooves into this bushing after 3 single chickens, 1 double chicken, and 1 18-lb turkey.

This bushing does the job. I had a left over rotisserie motor and spit rod from another grill. However, the rod is very long and my grill could not accommodate it. This bushing fits the rod and along with the universal rotisserie motor bracket MB-1B, I now have a serviceable rotisserie.
