We wound up buying two of these for a party. I put one on the bar to list the drink specials and I put the other one on the gift table saying thank you. If you keep the chalk marker on it for a long time it's hard to get off, just use a magic eraser and it comes right off.

Using it for magnets, and it work great. Problem is that Amazon has changed to 5 day delivery without informing those who paid for Prime. I can order it elsewhere or just go to the store if I have to wait 5 days and pay $139 for the privilege.

I make hand embroidered accessories and needed a good way to display my magnets at vendor events. I looked through pages and pages of magnet boards, etc. but this was the absolute perfect size and it is a strong magnet! My last one was a whiteboard and my magnets kept tilting, but this one they stay straight! I love the way the board looks and eventually I will probably draw something cute for pricing on it since I a chalkboard.

I was looking for a metal display board on which to display magnets for a market stall that I run.Some of the ones I saw were £30+ so this seemed like much better value.It's a good size, heavy enough to stand up well and looks well made. I think you can write in chalk pen on it too...Very pleased with this

Update 1 year later…..still do not need the second one I purchased, as it is still solid black and undamaged. We are not gentle with it.I am so happy I purchased this METAL chalkboard. I have been through 5 or 6 others that have either broken (wood frames or easels) or been hard to get clean. Depending on the color of liquid chalk marker, I can either rinse it off or use the scrub side of my sponge, everyday. The tiny rubber round feet help it stay put on a smooth surface. It’s not going to be compromised when you drop it on the floor. This is the kind you want!

It’s a magnetic chalkboard sign and is pretty good quality. We use liquid chalk markers on it and just water and paper towel to erase and start over.
