Chalk markers are bright and pigmented- the only thing I don’t care for is this should come with the smaller size markers instead of the thicker ones. It’s a little hard to write in the squares with the big ones but it’s doable.

The fat markers are terrible do not work on the board… then colors don’t show up and you need a thin markerBoard is fine

I was so excited to receive this chalkboard and the chalkboard markers that come with it. I frequently see Loddie Doddie products used by artists I'm familiar with, and they rave about the products. I finally decided to break down and try it and was quite disappointed.The darker markers don't even show up on the chalkboard. The lighter and neon colors showed up ok, but the variety of colors wasn't very impressive.I wrote with a dark blue chalk marker on the calendar and went to erase it with water. As I was wiping it off the color smeared over the white lines. I figured that since it was meant to be written on and erased, it would erase nicely. But, nope! The color got on the white lines and wouldn't come off!!!How can you make a calendar, which is meant to be written on and erased a ton of times, and put areas that will get stained. At least they could have warned that would happen. But, nope, it was just ruined.No way am I paying $60 for something that is ruined after the first use. When I used it exactly as directed.This calendar went right back where it came from. Not worth it at all.
