I tend to carry a lot of small parts and tools ... keys, screwdrivers, pliers, pocketknife, etc ... in my pockets, and a regular belt tends to stretch and sag. I ordered this belt in hopes that it would be sturdier than my previous work belt -- and it was. However, the (very cool) buckle turned out to be too large to fit through the loops on my Carhart and Dickies jeans, so I used it to make up a toolbelt I can quickly hang around me with holsters for various tools and a nail apron attached. It works great for that!

There's one major problem with this belt. The buckling mechanism on either side is too bulky and wide to fit through your standard pant belt loop. It's possible to wiggle it through each loop, but who honestly has that kind of time? The other issue (which is personal preference) is the tightening procedure is merely a loop under and over clasp which I find to be ineffective when it comes to keeping the tension tight . The buckle and fabric of the belt are good quality, but it does no good is I can't wear the belt due to a design oversight.
