With an integrated double ball-bearing swivel, the mount spins 360 degrees to allow your bag to rotate naturally from strikes. Removable spacers also keep your bag centered on the mount to prevent the bag from shifting. Every component in this mount was built to perform and built to last.
The Meister Heavy Bag Ceiling Mount is designed to be mounted on wood beams and ceiling studs which can support the weight of your bag. The mount ships fully assembled with easy-to-follow instructions and all installation hardware. You will need a power drill, 1/4" drill bit and a 17mm socket wrench. A heavy bag spring is also recommended (sold separately) with all ceiling mounts.

Mi saco anda cerca de los 80 kilos y este soporte le va muy bien. Claro que tengo la ventaja de que está atornillado a una viga de hierro. Sobre otro tipo de techo no me fiaría tanto, creo que hubiera preferido una pletina en forma de cruz y con cuatro puntos de fijación en vez de solo dos. Pero bueno, con un soporte sólido no hay tacha que ponerle, es muy fuerte y gira muy bien, sin ruido ninguno. Se nota que tiene rodamientos.

Mounted to my ceiling by way of a 2*6 board across 3 joists. Feels very solid and overkill for a 70lbs bag. I have confidence I can go higher

Hung a bag in the garage with this and it's holding strong. Was honestly suprised at the feel of it wasn't expecting it to be as sturdy as it is. Overall good value and worked perfectly for the punching bag.

It's a good ceiling mount for your heavy punching bag. It will certainly last a long time, and will provide ample support, if your ceiling is good. It would be ideal to install it in a wooden beam in your garage, as a normal ceiling may not be able to endure the kinetic shock coming from your punches. Meister seems like the best brand for these kind of products. I highly recommend it.

Excellent quality. Mounted this to one of the main crossbeams in my garage. Everything moves like it's supposed to, without any slop. I recommend adding a heavy duty spring between your bag and this mount to dampen vibration.

Have yet to have an ounce of worry that it'll fall like I've heard of the everlast one. Rotates well with the bag. Only minor issue was that if the spring you attach is too narrow, it will have a tendency to "jump" back and forth (when you punch/sway the bag in that 1 axis), making a loud noise as it scrapes by. It seems to have stopped doing that for the most part, maybe like a pair of shoes you have to work in to fit right. Overall, very sturdy, solid and easy installment.

This thing is a tank. I didn't want to damage the ceiling joist, so I used the hanger with the meister heavy bag spring. Works like a charm. Moves in every direction, quiet, and has held up to some serious abuse.Update: I just bought a second hanger. We now use the first one for a hanging "egg chair" on our patio. The second one is for our heavy bag. When we get our muay Thai bag, I'll order our third. Great product.

This is a great hanger I have a 100 lb bag on it with a spring . One important thing mark your drill bit with a piece of tape your pilot hole must be 2.5 inches or your gonna have to use too much torque to tighten lag bolt and top will snap off which is what happened to me ,and I had to replace one of the bolts. Ive had four good workouts with this hanger and its great but you must use a spring its too much shock with a 100 lb or better bag . The spacers are great keeps your spring from damaging threads on bolt . Great beefy hanger.
