We love the medela medium flow nipples! The value is amazing, they last and are easy to clean. My son has no issues latching and the nipple fits perfectly on the bottle. These nipples are very easy to use and take formula and rice cereal with no problems!

Those of you with newborns or infant children understand that finding bottles that don’t leak can be very challenging. Look no further. These bottles are easy to use, have a nice flow, and do not leak. They are a great value for the money and very functional. Mini bottles around the same price have nipples that collapse, but these do not collapse on their own—now, obviously, if you push hard enough, they will, but by natural suction, these will not collapse.

We’ve used this nipples for two children and they are great. Very easy to clean and both children responded well to them.

Easy to clean. Works for medela bottles. I had issue with extended use the hole can rip. Also they discolor to a yellowish color.

Best bottles I have found!!!! Babies may use the 0 to 4 month slow flow nipples longer but then adapt easily to the medium flow nipples.

These are a great step up if you're already using the medela bottles and want to keep them growing with your baby. My baby is now 10m old and still using these nipples. The slow flow were perfect when he was younger, but they stopped holding shape when my baby's sucking got stronger. Eventually I noticed they were collapsing. The upgrade to medium flow completely solved the issue

Got these quickly as soon as we found out that our 4-month old should be using medium flow nipples. They work perfectly and he gobbles down his milk more efficiently. He's also a natural burper so he pretty much downs his food and lets out a big burp at the end rather than taking breaks in between. We tried to do breaks initially but he cries cause he would rather eat his food. LOL What a personality.
