Ordered this for collecting signups at a farm show. The size is compact and will not take much space on the table, but will hold a lot of forms. The front pocket has room to hold both pens/pencils and the contact forms. Being outdoors, we wanted something that is sturdy enough that it will not tip over easily or be moved by a breeze. This fits the bill perfectly. It is also versatile in that it can be used for tickets, drawings, suggestions (even comes with suggestion forms), etc. Very happy with the purchase.

My organization used this for a recent election. It's a bit small but served our purpose well.It can fit 50 Letter size ballots at a tight squeeze.The lock works. Looked nice

I purchased this box to use a donation box for a local community center. It comes with 2 keys and there is no need to assemble this. It is easy to open and close. You can attach this to a wall if you like, the screws are provided. I however placed this on a table to use instead. You can easily put donations in envelopes and insert them into the box. You can see into the box through the space where the money/donations go into but its not an issue.
