أستخدمها على concept 2جاية مناسبة جدا المقاس وكنت متخوف اني اطيح اثناء التجديف لكن طلعت ثابتة ١٠٠٪ اثناء الاستخدام حتى لو جدفت بقوة، وراحتها مناسبة جدا لي علما ان وزني ٦٠، ممكن الاشخاص الاثقل يكون ودهم فاسفنجة اسمك، لكن بالنسبة لي تفي بالغرض وتعطيني راحة اضافية بنسبة ٦٠٪ عن المقعد الأساسي.

Had my doubts since the price was so cheap but went ahead and got it. I don't know if German Engineering has something to do with it but for 12 mm thick you'd think there wouldn't be much comfort. However, the pressure resistance between my pelvic bottom ischium bones and a hard surface was better than other closed-cell styrofoam pads I've used before and it's much thinner. I'm impressed as I use this sitting on the floor to do rowing reps on my home cable gym. Even sinking your butt into a 3 inch memory foam pad will not give you the pressure point support, comfort and stability of this pad. Less is more in this purchase for comfort, thickness, quality, affordability. I was so impressed that I purchased another to cut, trim and glue to my ab crunch harness as comfort was imperative for the pressure on and between my hands and collar clavicle bones. I can't attest to ongoing comfort doing 30 minutes or longer on this pad at one time since I only do reps of 20 rows at a time.

I used this for machines at the gym. They don't always have the best padding and this makes it possible to stay on the rowing machine longer!
