Great look - A bit larger installed than the listing might make it look - The dimensioned images in the listing are correct.Nice quality - Smart design with good components. Everything works as advertised. No drips at all. Should last years and years.The spring coil is pre-bent, but does flex a bit and swivels. When loose of it's swiveling retainer, the hose/nozzle doesn't bounce and swing like larger commercial flex nozzles in restaurant dishwashing lines. The spray hose does extend from the neck quite nicely, and retracts itself with a clamshell weight you install on the hose out of view under the sink. It works great btw.The spray/stream selector doesn't feel quite as solid as the rest of the assembly, but I suspect it's owner-repairable or replaceable if needed.Easy install - Great instructions make this faucet a simple straightforward install for one person.The faucet-end of everything - supply lines, sprayer hose, controller wiring - is preattached. There are push-button line fittings, and the battery-powered touchless controller inserts in-line and the small battery pack installs with red/black 3.5mm plugs.Cotton gloves, teflon tape and a little wrench for the water connections are also included in the install kit, which shows how well the customer install experience has been thought through.The faucet ships connected and ready to use with single lever, without the touchless function. Touchless controller and battery pack installs in just a minute or two by disconnecting the button-release fitting in the sprayer hose and inserting the controller in-line, then plugging in the power pack.You'll need a long medium phillips or flathead screwdriver, a flashlight or headlamp to see your way around under the sink, and 4x AA batteries to power the IR controller. I installed this faucet with controller solo in under 20 minutes. The instructions are clear, have great diagrams, and the install is quite simple and painless [given it's done under a sink], and rewarding.ProTip: Screw in 4" threaded metal collar into the faucet base 1st, then feed lines and wires and insert through baseplate and sinktop. Then let the loose faucet slowly lean over until the threaded tube binds on the sinktop hole. Then crawl under the sink and thread the lines/wires through gasket & washer 1 at a time. Then grab the whole mass of lines/wires and apply a little tension while you work the metal clamping nut over the lines via the gap in the nut.Spin the nut on hand tight, then crawl out from under the sink and orient the faucet & baseplate. Then go back under the sink and tighten the screws on the clamping nut.Then connect the color-coded PEX feed lines to your water lines using the included teflon tape and wrench.If you have a soap dispenser hole in your sinktop, the included soap dispenser has a metal top and spout, and looks and works great. Installs with a bulkhead fitting in about a minute. You pull the soap 'pump unit' to refill liquid soap from the top.This is a really nice flex gooseneck faucet, currently at a great price!
