These are well made, sturdy, over sized barstools. They are easy to put together and have a larger seat that is very comfortable.

Customer service was great ! I thought I accidentally ordered the beige stools (thankfully I got the grey ones I wanted ) and they responded saying I did in fact order the grey ones and they would be happy to refund me 50 dollars when I opened and seen the chairs (which I did not ask for )because they were sure I would love them ! And I do love them they are sturdy and so so cute ! So far so good .

The style of the stools are beautiful and very comfortable to sit on but unfortunately there were a few issues. They came in two packages which was fine but unfortunately it seems one package had had been opened before and returned as it was partially built and some pieces were placed in a ziploc bag and was missing half the pieces. The other package was brand new and hadn’t been opened, so that one had no issues. My other complaint is that the wood is very dirty and my hands were very dirty and had splinters after I had finished building the stools and that even after proper installation there is still a slight wobble to the stools.Overall I would still buy again, as they are beautiful farmhouse style stools and are very comfortable to sit on for an extended period of time. Only two improvements needed, make sure they are clean, and find a way to improve the wobble.

Black finish included gouges, scrapes, and chips. Some deep into the wood. After checking the listing and finding this item has to be returned by the buyer paying to ship it all the way to China (it’s heavy), we did what we could to cover up the blemishes with a black Sharpie. Then things got much worse when we attempted to assemble it. Out of the 12 screws, 4 of 3 different types of screws, 6 screws couldn’t work because the holes were too big. The screws will not tighten and simply fall out. Also, even if the screws had worked, the wood bracing pieces are not cut right and leave gaps between the legs and the brace sides. This product suffers from a total lack of quality control. Tried calling the customer support number provided, but only get a recorded message that the mailbox is full and no message can be left. DO NOT BUY THIS STOOL. You will lose your money and be stuck with something even Goodwill won’t accept.

These barstools are beautiful, easy to assemble, and comfortable. The color is amazing and fit perfectly with my living room with white wall. Exactly what I am looking for ! Worth the price!

These are nice stools. Nothing really special, but they are nice for a kitchen counter island overhang. They were extremely easy to put together, and everything lined up perfectly.Unfortunately, one of the legs on one was cracked when it arrived. It still went together fine and seems to be ok. For less than $67 each they are a good value.After contacting the company, they are sending me a new leg (the part is actually half of the stool with 2 legs) to replace the broken one. Excellent customer service and support! Upgraded to 5 stars.

I found these stools pretty easy to assemble. A couple of the holes did not line up and I had to get the toolbox out to make proper adjustments. It didn't take long to get them together and they look nice. They are just as pictured. The seat tops are comfortable. I would have given them a five star rating all around, but as another reviewer mentioned. The seat height is to the top of the cushion. This actually makes them about two inches shorter when you sit on them. It wouldn't be a big deal for a tall person. Also, I just put another pillow on top if I am sitting for a long time on them.Other than that, I love them and they look great. Also, they are sturdy.
