Magnet should be at least 10 times stronger to drive through a drywall panel. Absolutly useless.

This product is not well made at all, the magnets are very small and won't be very effective across drywall. The plastic casing is barely glued together and broke open when I dropped the unit 1.5 feet (it's a construction tool... it should be able to survive that). I guess you get what you pay for.
