Smaller than I thought it would be. It isn't very comfortable to use. I'm also lazy. I doubt I'll use it very much.

This pelvic floor trainer is pretty easy to use, and I like that it has adjustable resistance. It’s lightweight and compact, so it doesn’t take up much space, which is a plus. The counting function is a nice touch, though it doesn’t always feel super precise. That said, I wouldn’t say it’s a game-changer, though. It’s good for beginners or as a light workout, but if you’re looking for something really intense, this might not be enough. Overall, it’s a decent tool for strengthening, but I’d say it works best as a supplement to other exercises rather than a standalone solution.

This has potential to be a really great tool for exercise and fitness. However the Lysanpang Kegel Exercise Machine is insanely difficult to get the pin out and almost hurts with how stubborn it is. It is difficult to adjust and is too difficult and it isnt really sturdy. Im truly scared it will snap back on me and go flying off and hit or break something.

Very easy to use. Made of great quality. I use it while I'm working and it feels great.

I really like this "thigh master," and enjoy using it for my pelvic floor exercises. I like the enclosed pin, so that it can be secured in the closed position. It makes it smaller to store. The pink color is non-consequential, but adds to the aesthetic and makes it feel more enjoyable somehow. The pads at the knees rotate, and are comfortable. This can be used so many ways, and overall, for the cost, I feel it's a well made and quality exercise machine.

Very helpful for postpartum recovery. Excellent design for exercising pelvic. Also good exercising device for other part of body. Highly recommend.

The Pros: it works. The cons: it looks and feels cheap. The color (which shouldn't matter) looks sickly and pale. The plastic feels cheap. The feel of the plastic on the knees is quite uncomfortable; there is not enough padding, the edges are raw and rough, it is just not great. A disappointment.

When this arrived labeled as a “Thigh Master,” my husband and I couldn’t help but laugh, remembering those old Suzanne Somers commercials. But jokes aside, this is a solid product. It’s well-made, sturdy, and works just as well as I remember from back in the day.I keep it by my chair and use it during TV time in the evenings. The adjustable resistance makes it easy to start slow and build up. While I’m hopeful it’ll help with the lifting-related leakage I’ve been dealing with post-surgery, I know it’s not a magic fix, and I’m okay with that.I was surprised to see some negative reviews because my experience has been great so far. It’s a simple, effective tool that does what it’s supposed to do. Plus, it’s brought a little nostalgic fun to my evenings! Fingers crossed for results down the line.
