Pretty small but gets the job done. You are able to rotate pads to fit the exercise you are doing.

I have never owned a thigh master, but I am glad I do now. It has more resistance than I expected which is a good thing. My only issue is the curves where your legs go is a bit small so that makes it uncomfortable. I have used it between my knees, upper thighs, back of my knees, and arms too. Love this thing!

I bought this equipment for my home exercise, it’s a nice shade of pink, but it not as sturdy as I was expecting it to be.
