Very pretty tutu - used for a unicorn Halloween costume! Only minor complaint is that its a little bit long (or maybe my kid is a little short?) and my daughter almost tripped a few times going up and down stairs.

What I love:- beautiful skirt!! Like seriously adorable. I love the bow in front and all the sparkly stars on the outer layer of tulle. It is definitely a princess skirt.-My toddler loves it and loves to twirl and make it spin.- stretchy waist band! That will make this skirt last longer, which is a win for the price.- sewing / stitching is well-done. It looks high quality.What I don't like:- the advertisement is misleading and made me think this was a type of skort (skirt with inner layer being shorts). In specific "soft bottoms legging design" in the description, and the misleading title. Why call a skirt leggings??- the inner layer of cotton is thin and not very soft. It's not high quality material. This should have been a bigger priority. It's not terrible or even bad, but average at best.- the inner layer of cotton is too short and rides up with playing. It should be close to the length of the tulle to protect the skin from the rougher material. The tulle isn't too rough, and my toddler doesn't seem to mind, but it bothers me.Overall:I love the look of this skirt! It is really glittery and beautiful! The inner material should be better (and longer), but everything else I really love.3.5/5 stars, rounded up because the tulle is softer than tulle usually is, though I am disappointed in the inner cotton layer and the misleading advertisement.
