Looks like a full skirt but it's not. It is rather a series of bands of fabric. Therefore, cannot be worn without leggins underneath. Not mentionned anywhere on the product so a bit disappointed.

I ordered these for a JoJo Siwa concert and they definitely were really cute. My girls love them too and play dress up with them now. Really cute for costume or concert or photos.

Its a very cute Tutu, but its really thin definitely need to wear shorts under it, my daughter wears 4/5 (xs kids) and it fit her just fine

Though they are cute they aren’t what we were expecting.. the colors are great and they are super fun for dress up however the tutu is more like ribbons of tule with ribbon sewn on the bottom ( it’s not connected if that makes sense) shipped fast and the girls love them for dress up I was just a bit thrown off at the way it was made.

Update: They hold up well after being washed in the washing machine. The chemical smell did go away.My 2yrs old daughter loves her tutus. The pink one has a softer material which I prefer and the others are more stiff. They also have a chemical smell. The multicolored one smell a little like fish actually so I put it away until I have time to hand wash it. I’ll update my review after I see how it hold up and smell after washing it. Overall, cute and priced well.

A bargain! Happily surprised! No odor at all. Pretty, vibrant colors. Well made and perfect for twirling. Run small, the large is quite small.

When I took the tutus out of the sealed bad, they absolutely reeked. The issue was with the elastic. I put them all out on the clothesline for about 9 hours and now they don't smell. They are larger than I expected, but the I'm handy with a needle and thread so it's an easy fix. The colors are vibrant, the kids will love them.
