This is the long installer that I needed to put the crankshaft balancer back on a Chevy 5.3L. The mounting bolt would not do it.

This is a good tool to have in your toolbox. If you do a lot of work on your motors. It is a good quality tool. It is built pretty heavy duty. And seems to work the way it should.

This seems like a good way to install keyed and keyless balancers, especially if you don't have an old bolt handy. Should make my LS cam swaps easier this spring. Kinda wish it had a decent case, I'm using a freezer bag right now, with some wd40 to prevent rust.

It's a bare bones kit that did not work. I tried this on a fairly fresh 5.3 and it would not do the trick. Do yourself a favor and snag a full size puller kit.
