Good size for my application (GM Gen IV 3.6L V6). See photo. Good selection of different length pushrods. The magnet spacers to help center and stabilize puller are a great addition, but required an additional spacer to work for my application (not thick enough). The hook is well designed because it has a slight reverse bend so that tip of hook has a good bite and does not tend to slip off like with other pullers.

Very disappointed in this puller. Too many pieces. Price too much. Puller legs are thin. I sent it back, and bought OEM PULLER instead. Comes with case, bolt has 3/8” ratchet drive or you can use open end wrench. The best part is ,it is almost 1/2 the price

Granted it did remove the crankshaft pulley once but the hole in the bolt to hold the rod that pushes on the crankshaft is not large enough and the rod is logged in the bolt so now the tool is pretty much useless

After searching for months for a tool (tried the in-person Auto Stores and their tool rental programs) that would work on my 2002 Dodge Durango 4.7L engine, I decided to throw in and take a shot with this. I FINALLY was able to get the harmonic balancer off... It WORKED GREAT! It was ridiculous how easy the job was with the right tool. The Lisle 51450 has two additional, longer rods that other similar products do not... and those two longer rods were the key for my Durango. If this review is relevant to you, I thought I would add extra information that might help those looking to work on a 2002 Dodge Durango. You will also need a special tool to install the Harmonic Balancer. When researching online, there is very little information on different tools that work, besides one specialty tool which is impossible to find at local stores and is $125+ dollars when you find it online. The crankshaft, which the Harmonic Balancer sits on, has from what I can tell an internal thread that fits a M14 x 1.5 bolt. The bolt that holds the balancer on is around 110mm, so to install it, I am guessing it will take at least a bolt/rod that is 160mm or longer.I recently order an install tool (), and have yet to receive it. If all the information I found is correct, it should work. If it doesn't, the next step will be ordering a threaded rod, cutting it to the length I need, and using nuts and washers to make my own harmonic balancer installer.[Updated as of 9-20-16]As a follow up, the Performance Tool harmonic balancer installer did work.

used while doing a timing belt/water pump on a 2006 pt cruiser. Other 3 jaw pullers would not budge the crank pulley, this tool had it off in under a minute. Well made and easy to use.

Worked perfectly on a 2001 Dodge Durango 5.9L Harmonic Damper. I had to use the smallest center rod to get it to work. I did use the magnetic jaw spacers which were included. Once I paced the puller on the damper, i moved the magnetic jaw spacers toward the damper to keep the jaws from coming lose. The damper has indentations on it were the jaws of the puller grab. You can see it on the picture I uploaded. I just wish Lisle included a carrying case with this tool. You can reuse the plastic packing it came with to store it.

Good:Works as expected - very well. Lisle builds very good tools. Has for years. Easy to use, much better than the Advance Auto Parts loaner. Well built, solid tool. Unique jaw design makes it easy to get it into position and keep it there without needing a helper!Bad:Comes in a blister packed package - I was disappointed that it did NOT have a plastic storage / carry case as the competition does.NOT for use with a impact wrench, but worked fine without using one.General notes:Had I known that it came without a carry case before I bought it, I may not have purchased it. Now that I have used it - I would buy it even tho it does not come with a case. It is that good.BE SURE to oil BOTH ends of the pusher rods, or coat them with Never Seize every time you use it. The same goes for all the other brands, but Lisle is the only one that will replace the rod and drive screw when you mess it up because you did not oil it!!
