I have them on my Fizi:k shoes and found they fit better than the Exustar cleat which required shims. Not much use yet but so far they clip in and out easy and have smooth float. I'll update if any issues develop but so far they are fine.

Double score! The Keo cleats fit and work with the Look Delta cleats that came on our peloton. My wife and I have Keos on our roadies, so we were very happy that they worked and we could use the same shoes. (We were going to change out the pedals to Keos if they didn't. ) I have a set on standby for when the Delta's die. Also check out the Keo Covers for easier walking around and protection of the cleats. I got them on amazon here https://www.amazon.com/Thinvik-Bicycle-Clipless-Protector-Delta/dp/B07FC1XCG5/ref=sr_1_1_sspa

Ive been riding Look pedals for thirty years. I can’t say if it’s the best clipless pedal system, but it works for me. I use the red cleats with the most float. The Keo cleats work well, and they’re fairly durable. I ride about 5,000 miles a year and usually only replace the side I use to put my foot down about once per season. The other side cleat lasts at least twice as long. I always use Look Keo cleat covers when off the bike, I put them on immediately. If you want to wear out these cleats right away use them for walking, not riding. Many one star reviews complain that these cleats are slippery, or hard to walk on, or wear quickly while walking. Yes, yes, and yes. They’re road bike cleats designed to provide a wide and stable platform while riding, with good power transfer and secure engagement and release. These cleats do all that very well.If you want to be able to easily walk when cycling buy mountain bike pedals and cleats.

5 stars! Delivery was on time, I received what is described by the seller. I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks now with more than 500 km. It’s lighter compared to my previous cleats plus the tour d’ france logo it’s a great deal! I would highly recommend it to all newbie and even seasoned cyclist.

I bought these for the extra 4.5 degrees of float (lateral rotation) that I was not getting with the grey cleats. I was having some knee issues and this red cleat definitely made a huge difference. My bike fitter also put a shim (wedge) under the cleat to give me feet some outward rotation. He did these because my knees were tracking inward and notice that it might be causing some pain. He was right. The combo of the red cleats and the shim helped a lot.

These cleats are better than the OEM Keo cleats that come with the pedals. They are more durable, and work perfectly with the pedals. This is my second set. There is one word of caution though - the OEM cleats are red. These cleats are color coded with black being no float, and red being 22 degrees of float. I mistakenly bought the red pair before, and almost had an accident, and I did twist my ankle because I had to contort my foot so much to de-cleat from the pedal. I would even go so far as to say that the red set is a bad product. A small amount of play can be had in the gray set, but I don't like play personally.

Genial para quitar la bota en un click. Fácil de colocar en la bota asi como meter en la cala.

Excellent product! I like the flexibility and adaptability afforded by the screw and washer system. The white Teflon bi-material takes one heck of a beating but the sides of the clip aren't as resilient. On an older pair of mine, the outer edge near the screw hole lost a shark bite of plastic due to a hard stop. I find the rubber stopper in the center of the cleat wears quite a bit in the red 9 degree float version (I guess I wiggle my feet in the pedals quite a bit). The ENTIRE cleat gets well eaten by asphalt if you decide not to come to a complete stop and waggle your foot out on the pavement to smooth any stopping. So... stop FULLY then drop your foot to make contact with the pavement. Also consider cleat covers for bumbling around off of the bike these SHOULD be sold in a package all together... but they aren't. I honestly can't figure out why not.
