I purchased these so I could multi task while on meetings and transition to floor workouts quickly. Also wanted my kids to be able to use the bike without bike shoes. These pedals go on very easily, adjust quickly, and have and excellent snug fit to your shoe. I’m able to get the full round pedal strokes with these pedals.Only downside I’ve experienced so for is removing them from the bike. They are very difficult to unclip. I haven’t come up with a way to get them off easily if I want to do a more focused ride with my bike shoes.

I’ve been riding with this style of cleat for decades but when the cleats on my road bike shoes needed replaced it got these. I shouldn’t have. They worked “okay” on the peloton pedals but there was a noticeable slip forward and backward on the pedals that was manageable. When I used those same shoes on my road bike the pedals would barely stay clipped in. I could actually lift the toe side out of the pedal without disengaging the back of the cleat first and it took only a tiny twist to disconnect normally. When I compared the cleats to my old one I found that these are. Few millimeters too short. I thought all delta cleats were standard but I was wrong. Jut get cleats from a cycle shop or a company that specializes in cycling gear so you don’t have to buy twice just to keep you feet clipped in.

You will not be able to climb in and out like regular bike shoes. The plastic is too flimsy to get a good kick out.

The quality is so so , installed on my carbon soled shoes they squeak . I bought these to replace another set and those never made a sound but I've tried everything to stop them but its a no go so I just use them with the sound

I tried it for different bikes like technogym and bikes at other studios - works for every single one of them. If you are into spin, I'd highly suggest investing in your own bike shoes and these cleats - life changing and no more sweaty studio shoes!

I am so glad I purchased these toe cages! I love my Peloton bike but getting off of it became increasingly hard on my right knee. I'm sure it was the repetitive motion twisting to unclick from the tight pedal. I remembered that I rode a Peloton at a resort and they had toe cages on the bike. I was grateful I found them here. They were super easy to install on my bike. Now getting on and off the bike is a breeze. I do miss the click sound though. It was sort of a "well done" after a long ride. :) My knees don't miss the click. I have noticed a difference in my right knee since installing the toe cages. I'm really happy with my purchase.

012322 UPDATE: Talk about customer service!! They emailed me out of the blue, to advise they would mail me the ones I ordered/pictured and they did! I didn't request them, they read my review and went out of their way, even though the initial ones I received from them have been working fineVERY PLEASED!ORIGINAL POST: I ordered cleats that had the round rubber circle (based on the Amazon picture), but what I received were blank cleats for my Peloton shoes. (I had been having issues unclipping with the rubber rectangle ones that came with the original shoes.)I decided to try these anyway and they work fine, just a caution that you might not receive the exact item you are paying for. If there's an issue down the road I'll return them, but after today's rides they seem okay. Giving 4 stars because they seem alright, but picture's were misleading.
