3 COLORS FOR 3 OPTIONS OF ANGULAR FREEDOM
Each color corresponds to a different degree of angular freedom, which corresponds to the degree of rotation that the foot has to pivot from left to right when the shoe is engaged with the pedal. With a high degree of angular freedom, your foot is less constrained in a fixed position when pedaling. KEO Cleat cleats are available in black: 0° angular freedom; grey: 4.5° of angular freedom; red: 9° of angular freedom.

super Cleats von LOOK mit einem sehr guten und sicheren Sitz in den Pedalen. Beim gehen sind die Clats ein bisserl rutschig, das ändert sich aber eventuell wenn sie ein wenig Gebrauchsspuren haben

Although they are great for keep foot on top of pedal still a challenge to slip in from a dead stop.

You might want to go with the Look cleats that have the little rubber pads on them, even though those tend to fall off. This cleat is hard plastic and you might fall on concrete.
