I found that over time these wear out so I needed to buy a replacement pair for use on my NordicTrak indoor cycle. These are completely compatible with my Times pedals and work much better than the worn cleats.

My bike shoes are over 20 years old. I unclip first with my left foot all the time and it was just getting way to easy. Glad to have these replacement cleats to replace the old worn ones. I feel more secure in my Time pedals. Clipping and unclipping is more positive.
