LOCTITE Thread Sealant Stick is a single-component, semisolid anaerobic pipe sealant compound. The self-feeding applicator stick facilitates the application of the material where a conventional liquid or paste would be difficult to use.
LOCTITE Thread Sealant Stick cures rapidly to provide immediate low-pressure sealing. The controlled lubricity prevents galling and protects mated threaded areas from rust and corrosion, and eases disassembly. Recommended for sealing metal tapered pipe threads and fittings in automotive applications.

This is awesome for sealing airlines and the way it dispenses is genius. Allows you to work faster by not having to slowly attempt to put a little drop on whatever you're sealing. Just roll the nut along the top and there you have it.

We had a gas leak on a 1930 Ford model A Tudor, at the gas valve below the gas tank. We had tried three other products, nothing worked till this one. I just put some on the male thread of the valve, screwed it in the gas tank. The next day I put some gas in the tank and no leak, Eureka!!! Now we can finish the inside of the car. Great product.

I used this product to seal a leaking heater control valve in my 442, this product sealed the valve, after trying a different product, I give it a thumb up!

So many times you're working on something upside down and backward and you need one hand just to hold yourself up let alone try and wrap tape around a fitting. Works well on water lines, fuel lines, air lines pretty much anything that thread connects. ( I wouldn't use it on natural gas fittings ).Simple to apply and a stick lasts a long time. No more teflon tape donuts coming apart in the tool bag and 3 feet of loose tape floating around.Highly recommend.

Had my first tube of this a little over 10 years before I needed to replace it. It lasts a very long time, unless maybe you’re a pro plumber! I built about 5 race cars and countless other various projects before it ran out. It is a MILLION times better and easier to use than tape!

Works as advertised as a sealant on my air hose system. Very easy to apply the proper amount to the threads. Only problem is the screw base will not retract the sealant column. This requires taping the base against something so that the sealant column slides back in to allow the cap to be attached without flattening the sealant column.

This eliminates all the mess usually associated with applying thread sealant. Just turn the knob and the applicator rises, apply to threads, put the cap on the applicator and you are done. Best part though is that this stuff works great. I have used it a number of times and the fittings went together easily and no leaks.
