We provide a blue threadlocker with medium strength solidification and a red threadlocker with high strength solidification. Threadlocker can fix the screws for a long time, nuts and metal fixers to prevent them from loosening because of vibration. It's a good helper for your family home
Thread lockers seal leaks and resist loosening.

They also seal threads against leaks and contamination from outside materials. Thread lockers will naturally prevent corrosion by keeping fluids out of the threads and providing a barrier against galvanic corrosion.

243 Medium strength locktight blue thread locker, for locking and sealing of threads below M20; 271 High strength red locktight, for permanent locking and sealing of threads up to M36. Threads above Dn65 need to be coated on both sides to isolate the air, otherwise the thread sealant may not cure
How to apply threadlockers

- Keep the surface clean;
- Add enough locktight to the end of the screw,
- After application, the nut needs to be tightened to the locktight thread locker position within 3 minutes, wait for 20 minutes for initial curing and 24 hours for complete curing.

-
What's the difference between red and blue thread lock?
Red thread lock is high-strength, used for permanent fastening, requiring heat for removal. Blue thread lock is medium-strength, suitable for applications where disassembly is possible with hand tools.
-
How long does threadlock last?
When applied correctly, threadlock can last several years, maintaining its effectiveness throughout its lifespan.
-
What is threadlock used for?
Thread-locking fluid or threadlocker is a single-component adhesive, applied to the threads of fasteners such as screws and bolts to prevent loosening, leakage, and corrosion.
-
Do you really need threadlocker?
Threadlocker is essential in applications where fasteners are exposed to vibration or dynamic forces. It ensures they are maintained in a fastened state offering stability and longevity.
-
Can you unscrew thread lock?
Yes, medium strength threadlocker can be unscrewed with standard tools. High-strength varieties may require heat application north of 150°C for removal.
