The color, quality is lizard skin expectation. Very well done and tacky. The tape went on well and feels good. Durability, we will wait to see. I like to keep tape on for at least two seasons.

I've used this product in the past and I highly recommend it as it's a very good bar tape that is comfortable even without using bike gloves. However, when I purchased it, a signature was required for delivery. Only one delivery attempt was made and it was listed as "Signature refused" which was certainly not by myself if that is even true. I was given a refund but it was very weird for such a small and relatively inexpensive package on amazon.

Authentic lizard skins dsp v2 bar tape (3.2mm)

Initially I was worried that this wasn't real or it could be the older dsp version which is not what I wanted. My enquiries were not answered by Amazon. They simply said that I could return it if it is not the product that I want.Thankfully the lizard skins dsp v2 bar tape is original and it comes with the regular packaging with the content intact. Hopefully it works as recommended by so many users.

I originally thought items were missing; however, Lizard Skins just changed the way they are packed. The finish strips and clamp covers are now at the start of the rape roll. My mistake on previous review!

I set myself up for a challenge by using these for my first wrapping attempt, so I take some blame for the functional if ugly result. They did stand up to the repeated wrapping and re-wrapping better than other reviews led me to believe.These are as comfortable as you'd expect, but the extra padding does make them difficult to wrap at the curved parts of the bar - especially considering the warning not to stretch the tape while wrapping. My bars feature a sort of flattened ergo sweep at the corners that makes them far wider on the outside of the curve than on the inside, and that exacerbates the conventional issues with wrapping the curves.I wouldn't recommend this tape thickness on bars with similarly dynamic curvature, unless you're ok with visible seems. I plan to go down a thickness level next time.

I really love this bar tape. It stays tacky allowing for long lasting grip on long rides. Even in wet weather. Her in Washington we get alot of that. It wraps super clean with minimal stretch and stays in place for what seems like forever. I usually change at least once every 2 years depending on how many miles I ride. Maybe once a year. The thickness is perfect giving a nice solid feel to the bars with remarkable cushion. I like grabbing the tops of the bars when climbing, and this thickness has a great grip along with superb comfort. Looking for great bar tape that will hold up, this should be your first choice.
