I can't accurately measure the actual UV being blocked by this shirt. What I can say is that I ordered the size I did based on the info provided and am pleased with the fit. The usual places shirts are tight, like across the bust or in the upper arm, are just fine with this one, so I appreciate it.

Sizing across a couple of styles varied but the shirt was perfect as a fill-in for the uniform shirts we were given. Hotel sink washing was dry the next morning. Will always be a part of my travel gear going forward!

This shirt is very long and the sleeves are too long also. It dries with a lot of wrinkles. The sleeves are made strangely but feel okay. I love the pockets in it. The collar doesn't fit/lay right. Depending on where and how you are wearing it, it is okay.

I so rarely wear this type of shirt, but needed something for the sun and outdoors. This is such a pretty color! It is lightweight, made excellently, so functional with the pockets and buttons. May purchase in other colors!

Fits great, I got this in my normal size and can button comfortably - if anything it might run a smidge bigger but I would want this shirt to fit loose anyway. Sleeves are a good length, the shirt falls enough to just about cover the rear. Good sized zippered pockets, nice mesh areas built in for ventilation. The white color is more sheer - will be wearing a tank or T-shirt underneath. I'm weirdly really excited about wearing this in the summer while doing yardwork - I have an entire section of yard with no shade cover and the sun can be brutal - this shirt will be great for keeping me as cool as would be possible in really hot weather. It is so lightweight and the fabric and color acts as more of a reflector against the sun than even my white linen shirt that I was using for outdoor work. This is my new hiking and yardwork shirt, and it washes well, doesn't wrinkle super easily, and dries very fast (I line dry).

I can't wait to take this on my upcoming Safari! It's very light weight, sleeves have the ability to be rolled up and buttoned, two side zipper pockets, and could be worn like a jacket. Will be very versatile and easy to wash and dry quickly!

This is one of my new favorite shirts without a doubt!I love the texture of this shirt, it is so incredible soft to the touch. I appreciate that I can make it short sleeve by rolling and buttoning the sleeves up. It fit me perfectly and I am on the larger size of medium. So if you want a tighter fit, you might consider sizing down.I love this brand and was so excited to try this shirt - I'd buy it in a heartbeat!

This review is for the “ Little Donkey Andy Women's UV Sun Protection Safari Fishing Shirts, Long Sleeve ”. i was so happy when i saw this shirt from Little Donkey. i have several shirts and shorts from this company and never had any disappointing moment with their clothing. This is another example of great design and craftsmanship. This shirt has quite some impressive features, from light weight to UV protection, breathable mesh vents, great zippered front pockets and roll up sleeves. It washed and dried well and does not look wrinkly any more. the size chart is correct, I got an L, I am usually a 10/12, 40 B,, 155 lbs and 5’10”. I do like the angel blue color, it’s great for summer.the price of $39.99 is totally worth it, comparable shirts in the big sporting goods stores start at around $80.
