I'd give this 5 stars, but I found a gaping hole in the included documentation. The included sheet documents only 3 possible modes in which to put this remote, but there are more than 3. I had to stumble across some online documentation to realize this. Because of this I had multiple wasted hours of frustration thinking I had my remote in the correct mode. In my case, I needed to be in 390MHz Security+2.0 mode, and the included instructions did not outline how to properly get to that mode.The remote otherwise works fine. Fix your included documentation, LiftMaster!

This works with the community gate which uses a Liftmaster 811LMX remote. It was able to learn that remotes signal. I bought a knockoff remote and it wouldn’t work with the 811LMX so if you’re having issues stick with the OEM Liftmaster remote.

This came in only 2 days with batteries included! Very easy to setup. Wasn't sure which color our faded learn button was on our older garage opener on the ceiling, so I just tried all the options and it worked like a charm!
