I have purchased several of these gate openers for co workers. They work as they should. The gate code has never been changed so the remotes don't require the code to be changed. If the code did need changing it would be as simple as taking off a cover and moving the switches to match the gate code. These openers are for commercial type gates and not an opener like a residential opener. So far non have broken and non have had any issues.

Bought this for the gate at work bcuz I’m to lazy to get out and punch code. It was a used item, but came in the factory box with directions and the battery!!!

Went through several 3rd party remotes to try and control the gate in my community. Finally realized that those versions didn’t work with my gate and that I would need to get an official Lift Master 811LM. I set the dip switch code according to my other remotes code, and it worked perfectly!

Needed another opener after 8 years. Called original Uninstaller and they wanted 44.00 plus 90.00 installation fee. Looked up the serial number on Amazon and price was 18.00 each. Ordered 2 and they work great. Good job Amazon
