Well, these were hard to find. The part number did not quite match up. That is because the trim is a bit different. In the photo, the bottom shelf is OEM, the middle is this new part. The new version has a clear trim. The old is silvery plastic. We love the clear look better. It did take a bit of a wiggling around to get it in. It did feel like it would not fit. Eventually, we were able to teeter totter and guide it to slide in. And it was worth it. Now, not broken, and looks even better than before. They are expensive. But not as expensive as buying a new fridge because of broken shelves.

This for perfectly in my fridge. I looked up the part first and made sure it would be the right one, it was. These tend to crack over time from too much weight or just getting pulled on all the time. I have other ones in my fridge that need replaced eventually. I'll order again.

When I bought this product was received in good shape but it does not fit. The listing says "Compatible models include: LFX28968SB, LFX28968ST, LMXS27626S, LFC28768ST" but it does not fit the my refrigerator model LFC24786ST.I requested refund but they said they did not mention about the my model, because they removed my model from the list.And I need to pay for return box at the post office and the shipping price wasCAD 16.35!I so disappointed.

Fit the bill perfectly-as always though, why are accessories to appliances WAY overpriced? First door bin broke off and since the sides could not be repaired, the bin could not stay in the door at all far less hold items. I NEEDED a shelf for my milk, so I bit the bullet and made the purchase. However, I am trying to get by with duct tape on a second bin that cracked along the bottom so that the front and side faces fell off. Owned the fridge for a year....two bins down...hmm...makes you wonder. But so far, I am very happy with my LG overall.

We have a LG LFX28977ST that had a cracked tray. I tried gluing it several times but it kept getting worse. I bought this and it fits perfectly and holds my gallon milk jugs with no problem.My only negative comment is my original had a genuine simulated aluminum plastic edge and this one is clear across the top. It's hard to tell from the picture. Guess they changed them on the newer models. If you're OCD, then you might want to keep looking or order enough to replace all the bins. I'm just glad I have a sturdy shelf again.
