These worked well for the outdoor project I wanted them for. So far, the paint has held up well to weather.

As a buyer of the Lesun Overseas White Paint Pens, I’m thrilled with their performance, especially for painting tire letters. The set of 12 pens includes waterproof, oil-based paint that dries quickly and provides a permanent finish. They work perfectly on various surfaces, including rock, stone, ceramic, wood, fabric, plastic, canvas, glass, and of course, tires. The paint flows smoothly from the pens and provides bright, vivid lettering that stands out well. These markers are a great choice for anyone needing versatile, reliable paint pens for creative projects or detailed work.

Yeah, they should probably include instructions that tell ya to sing the entire K.C. and the Sunshine Band's Shake Your Booty number while you keep shaking these pens before you try to use them, but TBPH, it makes sense. You've got a pretty small volume of paint that has settled in the pen and it needs to get re-mixed and circulated before it will act right, and these things are coming from the other side of the world, so it kinda makes sense, it's just a pain to have to fool with. That said, I also use the bigger Sharpies and they require the same.I use them to mark and re-mark food grade HDPE plastic barrels that are out in the sun and weather year round, and they probably give me about 4 months before they fade and wear enough that I have to re-mark them, so not really any better or worse than the other paint markers that I've tried - but they are a good deal less expensive. So shake, shake, shake, then shake some more, and then shake again, and right when you think you've shaken it enough, start all over and shake some more... and then some more. Seriously, I had two that acted like they were dried up or something, but after absent-mindedly shaking them while on the phone for a while, they eventually did proceed to work, so not clinkers in the pack that I received.
