My setup is a Thomann (Jinbao) short wrap bass saxophone with a Selmer S80 C* Bass Sax mouthpiece. I've tried multiple cane reeds and found them lacking. The Legere 2.5 is a nice balance between free blowing/response and getting a good sound throughout the range of the horn.
