It did what I needed it to do, test for the presence of lead. I was a little leary during my first test... The glass ampoule was so difficult to break that I thought I was doing it wrong, but it finally broke and all went well. Second time around (2nd test), I knew what to expect and all went smoothly again. Strong hands & fingers are needed.
