I got this for my kid, and it’s been great! The spring is sturdy and holds up well. It can be tricky to get it to stick on some surfaces, but cleaning them beforehand helps.The bag makes some noise when hit, but the spring and movement are pretty quiet. Overall, it’s a solid choice for some stress relief or fun!

The suction cup sucks you can punch it or kick it once or twice then it goes flying. The bag is good but seeing it fly across your room is bad.
