Well made, fit our need well. There are no instructions for this. I watched a couple videos to get the idea then it was fine, but if you are not mechanical, you may need to hire an installer.

It works as expected. It would have been nice to get some instructions. I installed unit before putting in the pull chain and that made the pull chain installation difficult.
